I get asked quite often about teaching photography classes and I am happy to announce I have scheduled my next one. On March 4th, 2012, I will be holding a 4 hour “101” class which is designed for the amateur and/or enthusiast photographer. We will be going over basic camera operation, composition, using light and how to, essentially, get the most out of a photo using the least amount of equipment.
There are no DVD’s on sale in the back of the room and I have a small book written that will cover all of what we discuss (plus a little more) to take home to reinforce what we discuss.
This class is not your basic community college course. We will be throwing the cameras over to manual mode and adjusting everything ourselves to understand how the camera “sees” and how you can control it to manipulate the scene. I can assure you, you will leave this class with a full brain.

There are only 5 seats available in this class to insure plenty of one on one time with each participant.
