In an effort to catch up on some weddings I neglected to ever blog (I swore I did), my latest entry is a Stockroom Wedding with Madison & Cody. It’s funny because I uploaded their photos to my blog, just never blogged it.
Madison & Cody held both their stockroom wedding ceremony and reception at the Stockroom. Madison took advantage of the glass box for her bridal preparation. There is a reason it’s called the glass box – it’s surrounded by windows on three sides which can make for some amazing photos for sure. Located on the top floor, it’s really convenient for getting ready for your wedding because all you literally have to do is go one floor down.
Cody got ready in the Stockroom itself along with all of his groomsmen. The texture of the original walls and wooden floors make this a perfect location to get some amazing photos. You can tell he was just a bit nervous, lol.
Their stockroom wedding ceremony was beautiful and featured a foot washing ceremony, something, at the time, I had not seen before but is extremely meaningful in the context of a religious ceremony. After the wedding was over, they celebrated in style with ice cream, a few very heartfelt toasts and lots of dancing.
I hope you enjoy a few photos from their Stockroom Wedding. As always, if you’d like to learn more about their wedding or are interested in having me photograph yours, please reach out here.
