Wedding photography award | Wedisson 34

So I am going to make an effort to blog more this year. As such, I am very happy to announce I just received notice I won a Wedding Photography Award for a photograph I created at the 21C Hotel in Durham. This photo was one where I wanted to “play” after I had done quite a few photos from inside the vault itself. I came outside into the bank vault “lobby” and saw this beautiful “tellers” gate. I still had my lighting setup inside so started to play with shooting through the gate and playing with the shape. The “cat” head shape really came out nicely and I’m thrilled to have been credited with an an award for the 34th Wedisson Image competition. This make my 7th total award from them which puts me in some pretty amazing company.

I’m absolutely flattered to have been recognized by Wedisson yet again as they are a very tough juried competition with entries from wedding photographers all over the world!
