I have to admit, I am the worst about getting bridal portraits posted. By the time I can post them, i’m busy working on the wedding. I’ve had this one in my “drafts” folder forever and i’m so excited to be blogging about Lauren’s Duke Chapel Bridal Portrait.
As Lauren’s wedding was in the winter, we also photographed her bridal portrait in the winter. And when I say winter, I mean the 30 degrees outside type of winter. So I wanted to give Lauren a HUGE thank you for being such a trooper throughout this photo shoot.
With it being winter, we had the typical grey skies and a slight breeze coming thru the chapel arcades (as if it wasn’t cold enough). While clouds can make for great photos Lauren & I also wanted to get more moody & dramatic shots as well so it made for a great environment to do just that.
