One of my all time favorite locations to photograph is the gorgeous Duke Chapel on the Duke University campus. I shoot quite a few weddings at Duke Chapel each year but I rarely have time to pursue photography of the actual chapel. Each time I visit, I seem to find a new architectural detail, hidden spot or new angle. I’ve always wanted access to the chapel and shoot without the time constraints of a wedding and, at the beginning of this year I actually got my wish! Unabated access, for the most part, to the chapel, tri-forums, crypt and memorial chapel areas with permission to shoot freely.
